August 2025: Park Event Recap

We kicked things off this year at the beautiful Sequiota Park, with pizza and a chill outdoor atmosphere perfect for hanging out and socializing.

Before the event, I spent the day running around Springfield getting everything ready — picking up some games and, of course, grabbing the pizza. Now, here’s a funny story: when I walked into Pizza Hut to pick up the order, the cashier noticed my shirt (“There are two wolves inside me”, a shirt I purchased from Spencers Gifts). She pointed it out and asked if I was a furry, and I replied, “Yes!” It’s a small world in the furry community!

As for the event itself, I don’t have too much to say beyond the fact that it was a solid start. It was a great foundation for future meetups, and I’m excited about the direction we’re heading in.
